The Seattle Center is the location for the Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Children's Museum and Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. It is a giant arts, sports and recreation venue in downtown Seattle.

No photos can do justice to the works of Dale Chihuly at the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit. Born in 1941, Chihuly studied at Rhode Island School of Design where he established the glass program and taught for more than a decade. In 1968, after receiving a Fulbright Fellowship, he went to work at the Venini glass factory in Venice where his observations became critical to the way he works today.

The Space Needle opened in 1962 for the Seattle World's Fair and I was there then. The rotating restaurant is now a rotating glass floor.
